Pressto Terms & Conditions

1. We clean your garments with care, using the best methods for their material and condition.
2. We’re not responsible for damage from pre-existing issues like weak fabrics, unstable dyes, or stain reactions.
Damage after cleaning is also not covered.
3. Compensation for lost or damaged items is capped at 10 times the cleaning cost or the item’s depreciated value.
4. For sets (e.g., curtains), liability applies only to the damaged piece and is limited to 10 times its cleaning cost.
5. Please check pockets and remove valuables. We’re not liable for lost or damaged personal items or accessories.
6. Remove ornaments, buttons, or trimmings before submitting garments. We can’t guarantee their safety during cleaning.
7. Garments without care labels, fragile designs, or pre-existing stains are cleaned at your own risk.
8. Some stains may be permanent. Cleaning charges still apply.
9. Check your items match the receipt at pickup. We can’t address missing items afterward.
10. Report claims within 30 days of collection with the original receipt.
11. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after 30 days, with no further claims allowed.
12. In case of fire or other incidents, liability is capped at RM150 or 10 times the cleaning cost.
13. Inspect items at collection. Complaints made later won’t be addressed.
14. Stain or damage notes on invoices are preliminary and may change after cleaning.
15. Advice from our staff, website, or materials is for guidance only and not guaranteed.
