- We clean your garments with care, using the best methods for their material and condition.
- We’re not responsible for damage from pre-existing issues like weak fabrics, unstable dyes, or stain reactions. Damage after cleaning is also not covered.
- Compensation for lost or damaged items is capped at 10 times the cleaning cost or the item’s depreciated value.
- For sets (e.g., curtains), liability applies only to the damaged piece and is limited to 10 times its cleaning cost.
- Please check pockets and remove valuables. We’re not liable for lost or damaged personal items or accessories.
- Remove ornaments, buttons, or trimmings before submitting garments. We can’t guarantee their safety during cleaning.
- Garments without care labels, fragile designs, or pre-existing stains are cleaned at your own risk.
- Some stains may be permanent. Cleaning charges still apply.
- Check your items match the receipt at pickup. We can’t address missing items afterward.
- Report claims within 30 days of collection with the original receipt.
- Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after 30 days, with no further claims allowed.
- In case of fire or other incidents, liability is capped at RM150 or 10 times the cleaning cost.
- Inspect items at collection. Complaints made later won’t be addressed.
- Stain or damage notes on invoices are preliminary and may change after cleaning.
- Advice from our staff, website, or materials is for guidance only and not guaranteed.
