Retail Operation Executive

Requirements

Good command in English, and Customer Service Skills
Will be able to work retail hours
Training will be provided
Good attitudes, discipline, and timeliness

Responsiblity

Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the shop.
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
Provide clear and helpful advice on available services to meet customer needs.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Report any issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the Outlet Manager.
Ensure the cash register balances with receipts at the end of the day.
Follow company guidelines and standards, especially for brand-specific requirements.
Stay updated on special promotions and assist in setting up promotional displays.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Perform tailoring, alterations, and garment repairs.
Take accurate body and garment measurements.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
Ensure high-quality stitching, fitting, and finishing of garments.
Complete tasks within specified deadlines.
Maintain sewing tools, equipment, and a clean workstation.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Speak and interact professionally in English.
Provide excellent customer service with a pleasant and honest attitude.
