- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the shop.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Provide clear and helpful advice on available services to meet customer needs.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Report any issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the Outlet Manager.
- Ensure the cash register balances with receipts at the end of the day.
- Follow company guidelines and standards, especially for brand-specific requirements.
- Stay updated on special promotions and assist in setting up promotional displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
